Microsoft Visual C & C++: Looking for hexplorer_src.zip

I am looking for the file hexplorer_src.zip, as stated in the following
page at archive.org :

Unfortunately, archive.org doesn't have that file; I've lookup
ftpsearch, comb some huge online file archives, and still can't find
the file.

So, I wonder if anyone here can help me find the source file, please ?
