Microsoft Visual C & C++: Docking toolbars

I have successfully docked two toolbars to my MDI window, one to the left and one to the bottom.

But my problem is that I want the toolbar to the left go all the way down, I mean that it should cover the left side of the window from top to bottom and the other toolbar should cover the bottom of the window but only from the left toolbar and all the way to the right side of the window.

Anyone know if it is possible?
